We believe four-legged companions can dramatically increase the quality of life our residents experience, and that’s why we welcome one pet per apartment home with no monthly pet rent. 

You'll find the wonderful Julien Marx Dog Park in the Medal of Honor Park complex less than a mile from your Autumn Chase apartment home. Here, you can enjoy 3 acres of fenced land for your pooch to run and play. With separate areas for big and small dogs, your pampered pal will be able to enjoy the company of some furry friends! You can also stroll through our pet-friendly community with your leashed pet and enjoy the lush, green surroundings. Be sure to stop by the office with your furry friend and say hi! We love our pets, and we'd love to know yours too. 

Our residents take great pride in their well-kept community, and we encourage all pet owners to have a supply of bags on hand for the disposal of waste in the convenient pet-waste disposal receptacles we've placed throughout our grounds.
